Hi, I'm Rita!
I have been a therapist for over 20 years, specializing in different areas that support our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational balance.
I utilize highly effective practical tools that support our process of raising awareness and developing our individual and relational potential: Psychological Astrology, Genetic Code Reading, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Tantric Therapy, Meditation, Integrative Nutrition, Somatic Movement, and Energy Medicine.
I also have a passion for writing, sharing in the books I write the various themes I study, as well as practical exercises that help us find new paths more aligned with who we truly are.

For most of my life I suffered from low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and a total disconnect from my body and my pleasure. As a consequence, I lived through relationships that mirrored how little I valued myself, reflected my lack of self-love, and the feeling of not being worthy of more. But that has changed.
Even though our deepest wounds stay with us throughout our lives, we are equally invited to transform our most profound pains into wisdom. Today, almost at 50, I feel blessed by the entire journey I have taken, which allows me to help more people reclaim their self-esteem and build truly honest, conscious, and expansive relationships.
Psychological Astrology and Tantric Therapy are my chosen tools to support this path of raising consciousness and profound transformation through Love and Pleasure.
